I just stole this picture of Macy off of my sister kari's blog. It was taken about 2 months ago at our cabin in Greer, AZ. I don't know why but I just love it. She just has the most pure and wonderful light in her eyes. She truly is a special little person and I love her!
Anyway, I am SO excited that we have finally entered the Holiday Season. The past two years I have been kind of blah about decorating and getting in the spirit. But now with Macy I am totally energized to kick into high geer and really enjoy the season. I have already had Mulling Spices boiling in my kitchen like every day since October (love that holiday smell). Also this year My mom and sister and I are going to be doing alot of holiday baking together which I am really excited about. We have already made orange rolls and next we are going to make gingerbread men. And every year we make edible Christmas Trains covered in candy that are really cute so we will do those soon. I need to get all the recipes I want to do together and go shopping so I am ready for the baking to begin.
Even better my family is doing family pictures this year and I already bought Macy her Christmas outfit for the pictures. Kari is the one who found it initially (shes got great style!) And I just had to get it. I got her that adorable red ruffly skirt but I am doing a black sweater on top instead of red. It is so girly and cute on her I just want to squeeze her! Here it is:

If you don't love that outfit either you are either blind or you have no soul. Seriously.
You want to know another thing I love around this time of year?......

That is right. I love Advair. I want to find the person who invented this stuff and kiss his/her feet. This time of year I am always coming down with bronchitis or pneumonia or something else nappy that makes my asthma fire up so bad and it is miserable. But not this year! I swear this has helped to keep me healthy. No asthma yet! For a good immune system I also love...

With those two things combined I am like an immune system warrior! ( or at least I hope :-) )
Well, I was doing this random post while Miss Macy was napping and now I hear that the princess is awake! Hope you all have a nice Holiday Season!

So cute. She is SO beautiful! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the holidays. I need to find the time to get in the mood like you. Also, where did you get Macy's Christmas dress? I'm looking for something for my girls. It's adorable!
LOVE the outfit!! Can't wait to see your pictures!
Your so funny:) Have fun with all the baking, I would do that, but then I would eat it all and be 50lbs. heavier. And I LOVE holiday smells too!! Hooray for yummy gold canyon candels:) And yes Macy's outfit is freaking adorable. I love the black top too, definetly cuter than the red.
